Website use

Content, photographs, and job images on this site belong to Prime Junk Removal LLC. Client and business names shown reflect work we have completed and do not imply endorsement.

Estimates and pricing

Pricing is project based and depends on the items, volume, weight, labor, access, and disposal requirements. Free estimates are completed in person. Photos may help us understand the project before the visit, but do not replace the on-site assessment. Your project price is confirmed and approved before work begins.

Scope of work

We may decline hazardous materials or items outside our regulated capabilities. Work requiring permits, utility disconnection, or structural demolition is excluded unless arranged and cleared in advance.

Disposal, donation, recycling

We prioritize donation and recycling whenever practical. Acceptance of donated items is determined by the receiving organization, so we cannot guarantee that any specific item will be accepted or diverted from disposal.

Property care

Our crews take reasonable care of your property. Please raise any concern at the time of service so we can address it immediately. Once items are loaded and hauled they cannot be recovered, so confirm that everything staged for removal is intended to go.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of service unless other arrangements are made in writing.
